Closing Ceremony - World Athletics Coaching Course Level 1
27th September 2026, Bukit Mertajam
We have successfully concluded the World Athletics Coaching Course Level 1, organised by Penang Amateur Athletics Association (PAAA) with the support of Velocity Running Champion Academy headed by Coach Vicknesvaran.
This is the first time a WA Level 1 Coaching Course has been organised in Bukit Mertajam. Well done to Coach Vicky and the organizing team!
Our heartfelt appreciation to our lecturers, Mr. V. Tiruventhiran and Mrs. K. Gandhi Mathi for successfully conducting the course.
Sincere thanks to Y. Bhg. Dato' Dr. G.P. Doraisamy, Vice President of PAAA, for representing the PAAA President in officiating the closing ceremony, and to En. Hamidi Lokman for representing the Director of MSNPP.
We are confident that this course will produce quality coaches for Penang and in turn, produce great athletes for the future.
